Fantastic Stay for Explorers!
We had an very nice three-night stay! Although the room lacked bedside lamps, it didn't matter as we spent most of our time exploring. The convenience of nearby stores for snacks was a huge plus. Pro tip, take the short walk to the subway for easy city access!

The location in a nice area was great and perfect. Asked for standard queen room and it was immaculately clean with the high ceiling.

Great location in a quiet area but still close to Shinjuku. The Small Double Room felt spacious with high ceilings and had everything we needed, including snacks and coffee. The staff helped with an early check-in and stored our bags after checkout. We had a seamless experience from check-in to check-out 😊

Loved the clean room and high ceilings! Super clean daily with fresh towels. It was a bit small with minimal space to hang clothes 😊

Located in a nice residential area, GLOU offers a very spacious room for Tokyo standards. Close to the subway with a convenient 3-minute walk from exit B1 of the Fukutoshin Line, it made getting around easy. The check-in process was straightforward, and I appreciated the helpful front desk staff who offered assistance with my luggage. I especially liked having 7-11 and Lawson stores just a few blocks away for snacks and drinks. Unfortunately, the room had an odd odor, likely due to the carpeted floor and limited ventilation. It would have been nice to have a humidifier. The bed made squeaky noises which could be distracting during the night. The positives outweighed the negatives, and I enjoyed my comfortable stay.

clean modern building, easy access to metro, nearby convenience store
Room sizes leave much to be desired!!! Why not consider some form of parking solution? The location is farther from Shinjuku station than advertised, and daily cleaning would improve the overall experience!!!

I stayed for 10 nights in a Standard Double Room and it was amazing! The staff stored my luggage while I was away for a week, super helpful. The room was kept clean daily with fresh towels and coffee. The bigger second room was a nice surprise 😊

The Small Double Room was cozy and had a nice homely feel. The two-level layout gave us more space for our luggage, a plus. Everything was clean and organized. Just a short walk to convenience stores and the subway. The super nice team with check-in and check-out.

great location but limited amenities
The location is really good! Just a minute from the metro entrance. The room was clean, and I loved having a nearby convenience store and café for snacks. The high ceilings.
Despite the positives, the hotel lacks many facilities.

The location of the hotel was great, for example, the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck was not very far away. the train station was close by. Everything met my needs, I would definitely stay here again.
